Yes, you can cancel or change your booking up to 6 hours before departure time. Changes may be subject to availability and possible fare differences. Cancellations may be subject to cancelation fees depending on how early you cancel.
Your ticket is available digitally in your account. You can either show the QR code from your account or download the ticket for offline use. Some transportation methods also support NFC technology if your device is compatible.
The Light Rail Transit is a 70km electrified rail system linking Cairo to the New Administrative Capital and 10th of Ramadan City. It features 12 stations and has been operating since 2022.
The Cairo Metro consists of three operational lines with 84 stations covering a total length of 106.8 kilometers.
